The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland is seeking potential sources that are able to Provide Communications Security (COMSEC) material and equipment support services in support of United Arab Emirates (UAE). This notice is not a formal solicitation but a request for information to be used for solicitation decisions.
The proposed contract action is for a Primary and Alternate COMSEC Manager and COMSEC Technician in support of various UAE interoperability programs between the US and UAE. The COMSEC Managers will maintain COMSEC equipment (C4I systems) facilities. They will perform duties related to the receipt, custody, issue/distribution, safeguarding, accounting, destruction of classified and non-classified USG provided COMSEC material and equipment. The COMSEC Technician will provide trainingand troubleshooting instructions to cleared users odf COMSEC systems and must have attended/completed formal training in the duties (or equivalent) of an Airborne Mission System Technician.
If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government’s requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) business days of this publication. The Government intends to execute this award no later than December 2020.
