The COMSEC Integration IPT's mission is to promote improved security functionality, integration, automation and cost effectiveness of Army COMSEC products and services by hosting technical interchange forums that provide current and future technical, acquisition and logistical information, product demonstrations and networking opportunities for Joint Service, COMSEC professionals and industry.
The COMSEC Integration IPT will cover National Security Agency (NSA) emerging requirements and policies, new technologies, integration challenges and programmatic updates for COMSEC. Briefs will be presented by various agencies and organizations within DOD and industry, to include PL Net E Product Lead Communications Security, Headquarters Department of the Army Chief Information Officer/G-6, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Communications Security Logistics Activity and Defense Information Systems Agency. In addition, a panel will be held to review new policy and regulations, as well as discuss the impact of these changes on the integration of COMSEC.
