The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service, Cass Lake Indian Hospital has a requirement for 50 (fifty) Dell OptiPlex computers. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a set-aside 100% for Indian Economic Enterprise small business vendors only pursuant to 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act.

Contract Type:  Firm Fixed Price

Basis for Award:  The Government intends to award a single award resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest price technically acceptable.  Proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing.  The Government intends to evaluate and award with no discussion.  The Government reserves the right to make no awards as a result of this solicitation.
