The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) has a requirement for propietary Computer Simulation Technology, LLC. (CST) Studio Suite and Antenna Magus Professional maintenance and upgrade for yearly maintenance contract for CST Studio Suite, license ID: 15218-1 and Antenna Magus Professional license key: 7584-9408-1694065. (See Justification and Approval (J&A) attached). The contractor will provide the latest service packs for the software and technical support. ONI intends to award a firm fixed price order for annual maintenance and upgrade. ONI intends to award a firm fixed price order for a maintenance contract for one base year and two (2) one-year option years. The Government will evaluate the total price, inclusive of the options.  Priced options will be included in the contract award. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer quote is most advantageous to the government based on technically acceptable lowest price. The Government is seeking a discount from the offeror's prices. DFARS Clause 252.246-7008, "Sources of Electronic Parts"; DFARS 252.211-7003, "Item Unique Identification and Valuation"; 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports; and 252.239-7098, 252.239-7098 Prohibition on Contracting to Maintain or Establish a Computer Network Unless Such Network is Designed to Block Access to Certain Websites - Representation" (DEVIATION 2021-O0003) (APRIL 2021).
