Amendment 0001 on Solicitation SPRBL1-17-R-0031 is being issued to delete SLIN A003 in its entirety, and to update Exhibit A accordingly. All other terms and conditions within the solicitation remain unchanged.

This request for quote will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) under FAR Subpart 13.5. The contract will be for one base period, with no option periods, and is for the following:

The guaranteed minimum and contract maximum apply to the life of the contract. The Best Estimate Quantities (BEQ) are as follows: Year 1 Qty 113; Year 2 Qty 113; Year 3 Qty 113; Year 4 Qty 113; Year 5 Qty 113. The listed BEQ's are not guaranteed and should be used for planning purposes only.

Proposed unit prices will be for the item specified in Section B of this solicitation, for a period of five (5) years from the contract award date. The contracting officer must determine prices to be fair and reasonable for each quantity range of each year; therefore, offerors shall insert firm-fixed prices for all quantity ranges.
