The Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Management Service, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS for: DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OF ISSUE 100010 PHILIPS 1 EA UPGRADE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334510. This acquisition will be under the authority of Section 4202 Clinger Cohen Act of 1996, as set forth in FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
