The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Compunetix for software programming for the Summit control system. This requirement is for the CIRG Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Pamela Hare by email. The email address is [email protected].
