The City of Bristol is accepting proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience and expertise in the Connecticut municipal zoning regulations, toward creation of a complete, cohesive and comprehensive set of zoning regulations. Project materials and submission requirements may be obtained at no charge from the City of Bristol Purchasing Department web site via the document link noted below. A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on December 1, 2020 at 10:00am online via Webex to accommodate the sharing of pertinent information relative to the project; the session will be available via the following link: https://www.webex.com/ meeting ID 132 631 9771 Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until December 14, 2020 at 3:00pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
