The proposed contract shall be for a year one (1) year period beginning approximately June 1, 2022. The contract may be extended for four (4) additional one-year contract periods, subject to mutual agreement, with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. All communication between the Bidder and the City upon receipt of this bid shall be via the “Clarification Tab” within ProcureWare.
