The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to Eppendorf North America, Inc., Eden Prairie, MN 55344, for a component upgrade to an existing DASGIP bioreactor system that will allow for headspace gas-mixing capabilities.

Eppendorf North America, Inc. is the only known source that is capable of providing this proprietary combination of hardware, software, and support services capable of completing this system upgrade.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the components and services outlined above, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990.
