NOTICE OF REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR COMPLETION OF WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ISHANI RIDGE SUBDIVISION IN PAHRUMP, NEVADA NOTE: The project described below is not a public works project subject to Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 338 and is not subject to a prevailing wage requirement. If a respondent has any questions, they may ask them at the question and answer meeting discussed below. The Fifth Judicial District Court for Nye County, Nevada (“Court”), under the Court’s authority in conjunction with Case No. CV 20-0213, is soliciting proposals for the completion of water and sewer systems and street improvements for the Ishani Ridge subdivision in Pahrump, Nevada. There is already an approved Scope of Work (“SOW”) for completion of the water and sewer systems and street improvements. A “response package” has been prepared and includes the Information for Responders, and other related documents. The Response package may be examined and copies obtained by contacting the Nye County Public Works, 2041 E. Calvada Blvd N, #3 Pahrump, NV 89048, or by calling 775-751-6270 or by accessing the Nye County website at www.nyecountynv.gov. All responses must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ISHANI RIDGE BOND COMPLETION”. No verbal (oral), e-mailed or facsimile transmitted responses will be accepted or considered. There will be a non-mandatory question and answer meeting on September 8, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Nye County Public Works, 2041 E. Calvada Blvd N, #3 Pahrump, NV 89048. The sealed Responses will be accepted until 2:00 P.M on September 15,2022, at Nye County Public Works, 2041 E. Calvada Blvd N, #3 Pahrump, NV 89048; One (1) original and five (5) copies of the Response must be included. Opening of the Responses will commence at 2:00 P.M. on September 15, 2022, in Nye County Public Works, 2041 E. Calvada Blvd N, #3 Pahrump, NV 89048. It is anticipated that the Responses to the RFP’s will be reviewed by Department 1 of the Fifth Judicial District Court on or about September 20, 2022 and a response will be selected shortly thereafter. Department 1 of the Fifth Judicial District Court expressly reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all responses or proposals.
