DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following equipment item on a brand name or equal basis for Metrohm 885 equipment for use with an existing Metrohm 756 Karl Fisher Titrator: one (1) kit, Compact Sample Oven Changer to include a Compact Oven SC, Cable Remove Box, Sample vials, Septum, and Screw cap with Septum; and 1 each, On-site Installation with minimum 2 hours familiarization training; in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 open to Small Business concerns only. The applicable NAICS Code is 334516. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to Federal Business Opportunities website (FBO), to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document.
