Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this
contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract
purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise
until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the
Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Part 13, and as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(i) Solicitation Number BEPIT-RFQ-16-9929 is a request for quotation (RFQ).

(ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84.

(iii) This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 541519, Small Business Size
Standard of $27.5 Million. Only offers certified as a small business under this NAICS code will be
considered for award.

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing requires Commwault Software Maintenance and Support, as
specified in (v). This is a brand name specific requirement.

acquisition.

(vii) FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014), the following factor shall
be used to evaluate offers that conform to the solicitation: Lowest price offer.

(viii) Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror
Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (July 2016), with its offer. (Attachment 1).
Offerors may submit only paragraph (b) if the offeror has completed the annual representations and
certification electronically via the System for Award Management.

(ix) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (May 2015), applies
to this acquisition.

(x) FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or

NOTE: Offerors must include a completed signed copy of Responsibility Clauses to be considered for
award (See Attachment 3- Responsibility Clauses). Signatures must be handwritten or digital - typed
names are not acceptable.

(xii) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) are not applicable.

NOTE: All offerors responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at
www.sam.gov by the response due date to be eligible for award.

All products/services must be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Services/Supplies performed/provided as a result of this solicitation should be accepted isfaction
of the above provisions and requirements for accessibility.
