The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to "Dialogic Communications Corporation" to procure Software Support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. Any determination by the Government to compete this solicitation will be based upon responses to this notice at the sole discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any solicitation will contain provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 dated 11 AUG 2009. Respondents must be currently registered with Central Contractor Registration at the time of award and throughout performance.
