The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. MacDill AFB, requires all parts, labor, tools, equipment, personnel, services, transportation and materials to provide the following: Provide software maintenance and support for the Communicator Nxt 4M system from Dialogic Communications Corp (DCC) also known as Plant CML. The support agreement must provide the following minimum requirements as listed: Must provide Issue Resolution in the form of phone support and remote access to perform trouble shooting and/or resolution services; Must provide application software updates; Must be a certified reseller/distributor for the Communicator Nxt 4M system. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 811213 and the size standard is $7.0. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 PM EST time on Friday, March 5th, 2010. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Sources shall include in their information, a detailed capabilities statement stating their experience in providing the same or similar work described in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business status (Socio-Economic Factors: 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business), business size based on NAICS 811213, and a positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.
