The WAARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract by other than full and open competition IAW FAR 6.302-1. Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to AIRBUS for THE COMMUNICATOR NXT for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because AIRBUS is the sole manufacture and distributor of this product.
