The San Diego State University Department of Athletics (¿SDSU¿) invites qualified Cellular Managers to submit proposals for the purpose of designing, installing, operating, and managing a neutral host Common Distributed Cellular System (CDCS), in its new Multi-Use Stadium (¿Stadium¿). The Cellular Manager will provide revenue and/or tangible assets to SDSU for the rights to install and operate the CDCS. The Cellular Manager will also design, deploy and maintain a public safety radio network that meets the requirements of the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), as well as supporting internal use of two-way radios by SDSU police, facilities and stadium operations.
