This is a solicitation to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's). Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements, the Contractor agrees to the following terms of a BPA EXCLUSIVELY WITH UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (USDA), ANIMAL PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE (APHIS) and Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA). Contractor shall provide processed commodity inspection and weighing services under the authority of the Agriculture Marketing Act (AMA) in the geographical area serviced by the FGIS Stuttgart, Arkansas, Field Office (F/O).These areas include commodity plants in Stuttgart, Arkansas, Jonesboro, Arkansas; Crawfordsville, Arkansas; Waldenburg, Arkansas; McGehee, Arkansas; and Greenville, Mississippi. Work shall be done in accordance with the specifications when requested by the Contracting Officer or those individuals authorized to make service calls under the BPA.
