1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-89 (15 August 2016). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 10921264, is being issued as a request for quote. The specific requirements are explained on the attached Request for Quote and Brand Name Justification IAW FAR 16.505(a)(4). This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North
American Industrial Classification Standard code 334220.

2. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. All quotes will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract.
