This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is NTSBQ140056.

This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools.

The NTSB solicits quotes for the provision of training on the subject of Commercial Space Launch Accident Investigations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and RFQ Section C, Statement of Work. See the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure.

Training shall be delivered at the NTSB Training Center located in Ashburn, VA. Specific dates of training will be coordinated by and between the vendor and the NTSB Training Point of Contact.
