This is a Sources Sought notice to provide commercial laundry services for Holloman AFB, NM. This notice is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quotes, or Request for Bids, it is a market research tool used to determine potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of any Request for Proposal/Quote/Bid. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for, any information received as a result of this notice. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award as a result of this notice. It is anticipated this award will be made for an initial period of one year, with four option years. The applicable NAICS code is 812331, Linen Supply. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $14.0 million. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor will provide commercial laundry services to a variety of activities on Holloman AFB, NM. These activities consist of Lodging (bed and bath linen), Officers’ and Enlisted Clubs food services and base Dining Facility (linen and uniforms), Medical Group (limited amounts of medical and dental laundry, cleaning rags and dust control), and limited amounts of field clothing. Laundry service will include contractor pickup and delivery of all laundered items.
