This amendment 0001 is to provide the following solicitation questions and response.
Question #1:  How many PRI trunk do you need for each location?
Answer:  This order is for one.
Question #2:  You state no signaling, but this is voice circuit and it needs something.  Maybe B8zs, EFS, NI2, 4 Digit DINS?  
Answer:  "SIGNALING" is used in different context in this section of the TSR. Section 128A shows:  "INTERFACE: T-1 /DS-1 UNFRAMED; ELECTRICAL: B8ZS/ESF; PHYSICAL: RJ-45;; (PHYSICAL) RJ-45; (ELECTRICAL) B8ZS/ESF"
Question #3:  How many DID numbers.  One complete block, 10,000 numbers?
Answer:  200 numbers, 808-484-xxxx, using existing contiguous numbers groups.

There is no change to the proposal due date.
