The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6334, has a requirement to procure an Archival Scanning System for the Air University Library (AUL) in accordance with the Statement of Requirements (Attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHE11168AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment 2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20210709, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2021-0726.
