NAICS Code: 423490 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued under RFQ-PA-11-00020. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Environmental Protection Agency, Region III, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a sole sourced fixed-price Purchase Order to Gerstel, Inc. for the purchase of a GC with a Gerstel Autosampler and other Items (see below).

Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received by closing date of this announcement will be considered.
