The solicitation will be solicited an unrestricted.

The Government intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor deemed responsive in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a RFQ in accordance with Solicitation Number W912JD-17-T-0006 via email only.  Within the subject line of the email, please reference number - W912JD-17-T-0006.
 
The RFQ and all amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps web-site, http://www.fbo.gov on or about 25 July 2017. Contractors must download the solicitation from the web-site. Contractors are cautioned to check the web-site periodically for amendments. No hard-copies will be issued.

Overall quantities and delivery locations will be provided in the RFQ when issued.

The delivery date for all locations will be no-later-than Monday, 4 December 2017.
