The Department of Corrections (DOC), through its Purchasing Services Section (Purchasing), on behalf of the Division of Adult Institutions (DAI), requests bids for the purchase of Alto-Shaam combi ovens. The purpose of this bid is to obtain pricing for new combi ovens for each of these facilities: Prairie du Chien Correctional Institution (PDCI), located in Prairie Du Chien, WI; Racine Youthful Offender Facility (RYOCF), located in Racine, WI; Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (MSDF), located in Milwaukee, WI; and Taycheedah Correctional Institution (TCI), located in Fond du Lac, WI. The optional contract(s) that result from this RFB will be statewide and may be used for convenience by DOC and other State agencies, Municipalities, and University of Wisconsin (UW) campuses. These entities are collectively referred to as Authorized Users.
