The Naval air Systems Command intends to place a General Service Agency (GSA) order to Boeing Company 10210 Greenbelt Road Lanham, Maryland under sole source N00019-09-F-0003 for the purpose of 542 PRQ-7 CSEL Radios, P/N 4866112-101-11, 45 each Radio Set Adapters, P/N 4866122-101-001; 1169 each Rechargeable Batteries, P/N 4866112-007. Boeing is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of these radios and batteries and the only known firm that possesses the required technical expertise and technical data required to perform this effort.
