This presolicitation notice is for Combat Marksmanship and Advacned Marksmanship Simulation system. Request for Proposal is anticipated to be released 31 January 2017.Evaluation factor will be LPTA that includes Technical, Past Performance and Price.Resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Priced. The period of Performance shall be for One(1) Base Year of 12 months and two(2) 12-month Option Year.The period of Performance reads as follows:Base year 1 June 2017-31 May 2018. Option Year 1, 1 June 2018-31May 2019, Option year 2 , 1 June 2019-31May 2020.
Location will be Germany and Italy.
