• Contractor will mobilize to Pritchett (near Springfield) Colorado where the wastes are stored. 
• Contractor will separate materials into similar waste streams and overpack as necessary for transport to a treatment / storage /disposal (TSD) facility.
• Contractor will prepare and provide the Forest all necessary documentation for obtaining small or large quantity generator EPA ID Number.
• Prior to transporting, contractor will prepare manifest and final documentation for transporter.
• Contractor will transport wastes to a TSD.
• Contractor will provide completed manifests documenting wastes have arrived at their final destination at the TSD facility.
• Contractor will provide location(s) that waste will be transported to.
