The Town of Deerfield Cemetery Trustee Committee is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a columbarium, including the foundation and installation of the columbarium. It will be constructed in the predetermined area at the Old Center Cemetery on Meeting House Hill Road in Deerfield, New Hampshire. Please mark envelope, “2023- Cemetery Trustee Committee - Columbarium - 12”. All bids must be received by the Deerfield Cemetery Trustee Committee, located at 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037 by no later than 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 11, 2023. BID Proposal Submission Proposals must be in writing and submitted electronically. Scope of Work ● Building foundation for the columbarium. ● Installation of a Columbarium that includes 64 niches, each capable of holding up to two cremation urns. ● Niches are to be laid out as four rows high with eight niches per row on both sides for a total of 64 niches. ● Each niche should have a cap/door that can be removed for carving purposes and to inter remains. All bid proposals must be received at the Town Offices by no later than Wednesday, October 11, 2023 by 2:00 pm. Mail all sealed bids to “Cemetery Trustee Committee”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O.
