All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates (if applicable due to other federal funds are in the project). The Port of Whitman County is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. This project is funded by federal award number SLRFP0002 (ARPA SLFRF) awarded to Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Contractors must be licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bids are required to include a five percent (5%) bid guarantee in form of a cashier’s check, money order, or surety bond. Bids will be received in person or mail by the Port of Whitman County at its office, 302 N Mill Street, Colfax, WA 99111 no later than 1:00 p.m. PST, May 22, 2023.
