This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to collect marine mammal data as part of the Ecosystem Survey of Delphinus Species Research Cruise per the attached Requset for Quotation (AB133F-09-RQ-16435. Period of performance shall be August 1, 2009 through December 15, 2009. This procurement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The office of NOAA, Interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication.
