The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to award a sole source contract to Bowman Consulting Group, LLC to provide expert-level in-person training, consultation, webinar trainings, technical assistance, and coaching services to provide continued specialized training in evidence based and national practice treatment modalities that are trauma-informed, in order to continue to strengthen Children’s Long-Term Inpatient Programs (CLIP) in Washington.
