Coleman IRSC, Integrated Resource Service Contract.

The Coleman IRSC is located on the Yuba River Ranger District of the Tahoe National Forest. The objectives of the project include reducing fuel loads by chipping; utilize timber removing biomass by chipping and improving the transportation system. Appendices A, B and C detail the requirements.

The estimated volume for removal is 14,000 tons of biomass from landing. The biomass is currently on the landings available for removal.

Road Maintence is also required and can be found in Appendix C.
