SCOPE: Specifications are as follows: (ITEM 1: Title II COLA) covers the production of five (5) versions of a self-mailer (NOTE: Seven files are used to produce the five self mailers.). (ITEM 2: SSA-1099/SSA-1042S) covers the production of nine (9) versions of English and Spanish self-mailers. Both items require such operations as receipt and processing of electronically transmitted files, composition, printing (including computerized imaging) folding and distribution.
