The 502d Contracting Squadron is seeking sources that can provide Audio Visual upgrades, equipment, installation, integration, and software maintenance support for the Current Operations Integration Center (COIC) and Future Operations Center (FOC), Building 16, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Services include labor, on call site visits, preventative maintenance, technical assistance, and loaner equipment.  The contractor will provide all manpower, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and services necessary to complete this contract requirement. Vendors must be factory trained and certified to install and/or maintain the identified Audio Visual equipment as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).  It is our intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for a one (1) year base and four (4) - one (1) year Option periods. The Government's determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be based on market research and written responses to this notice, and are at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, The government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought notice. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of this Sources Sought survey. If and when a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. Please provide us the following information:  Company name:  Point of Contact(s):  Business mailing address:  Commercial office phone number:   Company FAX number:   Email address:   Cage Code:   DUNS Number:   Tax Identification Number:   Company Business size:  Currently registered and active in the SAM Website:  All submissions shall be emailed to Mr. David A.
