The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate a sole source award with Arrowhead Scientific, Inc. (dba Arrowhead Forensics) of Lenexa, KS for the purchase of three (3) Coherent TraceER Forensic Laser Systems.  The manufacturer of these systems is Coherent, Inc.; however, Coherent, Inc. has given Arrowhead Scientific exclusive distribution rights of the TracER Forensic Laser Systems and related forensic products within the United States.
