This notice is for informational purposes only. The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order to Epilog Laser Incorporated to purchase parts to repair one 75w Epilog Legend (Model # 9000 Laser System, Serial # 9075-1018273624) used for laser etching. USAF Maintenance Units utilize the 75w Epilog Legend primarily for Component Tool Kit (CTK) tool etching. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 4th Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole source procurement to Epilog Laser Incorporated. This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government.
