NOTE: Firms who previously responded to RFI QTA00AH15JTI0005 issued on 2 December, 2015 through GSA eBuy to holders of Federal Supply Schedule 70 contracts need not respond to this notice.

This NOTICE is published to gain knowledge of potential firms capable of providing these services.  Potential firms with the skills, capabilities, and software necessary to perform the requirement described in the attached work statement are invited to provide a response.  You are also invited, but not required, to provide comments or suggestions regarding the work statement. 

The General Services Administration, Region 5 FAS, has received a request from the GSA, FAS, Integrated Technology Service, Common Acquisition Platform at Washington, DC to seek sources capable of performing the Cognitive Computing as described in the attached work statement.  The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a base year and two subsequent option years.  Pricing is not needed at this time.

Release of a solicitation is tentatively planned in April, 2016.  However, this notice does not obligate the Government to solicit for this requirement or award a contract.

Information received by the Government in response to this RFI will be used to finalize the solicitation strategy for this procurement.
