This is a combined synopsis/solicitatioon for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures 13.5. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RQ) seeking a contractor capable of developing or modifying an existing program, planning, implementing, and providing measures to evaluate the cognitive-behavioral restructing, family support, and aftercare groups. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-34. Offerors must submit their quote in response to solicitation CSOSA-10-Q-0003 prior to November 30, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. EST (local). Electronic versions of the offeror's quote will not be accepted. Offerors may submit their quote via overnight express, by courier, in person delivery or by U.S. Postal Services.
