Solicitation SP0600-14-R-0515 will be issued for Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) Storage services to receive, store, protect, ship, maintain quality, and report inventory for Government-owned aviation turbine fuel (JP-8) in Salida, Colorado. All storage tanks and facilities must meet the minimum requirements of the current API Standards, NFPA codes, and all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, etc. applicable to tanks and facilities to be provided. The performance period is for five years. Â
