INVITATION TO BID 2020 LOCAL MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT GRANT (LMIG) CITY OF COCHRAN, GEORGIA The City of Cochran is accepting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services to patch, level, resurface and restripe approximately 1.289 miles of various City road segments. This project will be funded primarily from LMIG state funds and matched with local SPLOST funds. If interested in submitting a bid, please call (478) 934-6346 and request a copy of specifications, or a prospective bidder can visit City Hall at 112 West Dykes Street during normal business hours, or e-mail [email protected]. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at the City Hall address, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids must be sealed and labeled “sealed bid” along with the Contractor E-Verify Number on the outside of the envelope. Sealed bids should be mailed or submitted to City Hall at 112 West Dykes Street, Cochran, Georgia 31014. E-mailed or Faxed bids will not be recognized. The City of Cochran reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
