EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARDCOBURG SUBSTATION TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION Bids Due 2:00 pm, November 5, 2024 INVITATION TO BID ITB 24-208-PWEWEB seeks a construction contractor to perform excavation, oil containment expansion, subgrade conduits/vault installation, and foundation pouring work at its Coburg Substation to support a transformer installation project. Bidders shall meet Minimum Qualifications for Contractor and specialty sub-contractors, as defined in the bid packages.
