CITY OF COBURGCOBURG PAVILION PARK PROJECT Bids Due 2:00 pm, August 27, 2024 INVITATION FOR BIDSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sealed bids for Coburg Pavilion Park Project, City of Coburg, Oregon, shall be addressed to the City Engineer, Julie Leland, P.E., 310 5th Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477 and will be received at Branch Engineering, Inc., 310 5th Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477. Acceptance of bids will be officially closed at 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read at Branch Engineering. The bid proposal shall be submitted under sealed cover and marked with the Contractor's name and project name. The project involves site furnishings, irrigation, and landscaping, concrete and gravel paths, utilities for a restroom structure and parking stalls for Pavilion Park located south of E. McKenzie Street between Willamette and N. Harrison Street in Coburg, Lane County, Oregon. The work involves site preparation, excavation, removal, and compaction of base rock and gravel paths, irrigation and landscaping, concrete paved ADA stall, and asphalt paving, and trench drain installation. The Project Manual including; Plans, Specifications, Agreement, and Bid Forms are available at the City of Coburg's website http://www.coburgoregon.org where they can be viewed and printed. Contractors may obtain a paper copy of the Project Manual, including full-size Plans, with two business days' notice starting after August 5th, 2024, purchased at cost, at Branch Engineering, Inc., 310 Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon, 97477. All prospective bidders must be added to the Plan Holders List by sending an e-mail with company contact information to [email protected] with the project title in the subject line. Prospective bidders must be on the Plan Holders List for their bid to be considered. There is no pre-bid meeting for this project. The Contractor or a subcontractor under the Contract does not need to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 regarding asbestos abatement for this project. This Project is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 thru 279C.870 Oregon State prevailing wage requirements.
