The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. In order to be considered for award, the quote must be determined to be technically acceptable. Offerors providing the required brand name support will be considered technically acceptable. Criteria under the LPTA process are judged on a pass-fail basis only. No other rating or qualitative value will be assigned. Any technical quote that does not receive acceptable assessment for all factors will receive a fail rating for the technical quote. Price shall be evaluated only on quotes deemed technical acceptable.

Quote submittal must, at a minimum show: (1) Solicitation number (2) Price, (3) Name, address, and telephone number of offeror, (4) Taxpayer Identification Number, (5) CAGE Code, (6) DUNS Number (7) Expiration date of quote, (8) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3, and (9) A completed copy of the IRS Quotation Sheet.
All products/services must be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Services/Supplies performed/provided as a result of this solicitation should be accepted based in part on satisfaction of the above provisions and requirements for accessibility.
