Econolite Cobalt Controllers are proprietary and only available from one source, which is Traffic Control Corporation. MoDOT will use this SFS to procure units as needed in the Kansas City district. Estimated cost is >$25,000 annually. The contract period will extend from June 1st 2021 through May 31st, 2022.
