This sources sought serves as notification that the Government intends to issue a modification to IDIQ contract SPMYM3-17-D-3026, awarded to Ensio resources, for addtional grit quantities and line items to allow for freight labor (demurrage). The coal slag is in accordance with QPL MIL-A-22262.
