The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Diagnostica Stago for a 12 month period, 1 Oct 2020 to 30 Sept 2021, in the estimated amount of $167,895.00 to for the lease of two coagulation analyzers including reagents, supplies, training, and service. Diagnostica Stago has the only Coagulation analyzer authorized to work with Roche total laboratory automation (TLA) equipment currently used at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
