This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government’s intent to issue a solicitation for the construction of three buildings for the Colombian National Police (CNP) Finca Paraguay, located at the Caucasia City, Antioquia, Colombia, to support the INL Manual Eradication program.  This acquisition will be solicited as full and open competition.

 The order of magnitude for this requirement is between USD $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

The solicitation is expected to be posted on January 23, 2018 and available for at least 30 days – reference 19-AQMM-18-R-0048.  Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted.  A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
