This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the construction of the CNP Carabineros Facilities which includes water well and the water supply and sewage utilities, as well as electrical utility for connectivity, kitchen, dining and bathroom facilities for the Colombian National Police (CNP) in Finca Paraguay at Caucasia, Colombia. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures.

The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 135 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

The solicitation is expected to be posted on September 1, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0551. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
